When does orders get shipped with tracking numbers? 

After an order is placed, please allow our team to ship it out within 3-5 business days.

How do Pre orders work?

Pre-order is ordering an item of merchandise before it is available, with an understanding that it will be shipped later. If you order a pre-order item with a non pre-order item, they will be shipped out together. Please keep in mind that pre-orders take 3-4 weeks to be shipped out.

You will be charged at the time of checkout for order to be successfully placed. 

SHIPPING

Orders may take up to 3–4 weeks to be shipped out. Many orders arrive sooner, depending on the immediate availability of ordered items. Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping.

 

We currently ship within the United States and to the following countries: 

Åland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bouvet Island, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Vatican City, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Malta, Mayotte, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Réunion, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom.



Shipping rates are flat for all domestic and international orders.

 

Blessed N Busy is not responsible for lost/stolen items. In the case of a lost/stolen package please contact the carrier directly. Once the order is in the possession of the carrier we do not see it again. Blessed N Busy in unable to replace items lost by the post office or stolen free of charge. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you!

 

Major holidays also will increase shipping time. Please be mindful that our very small staff does not work on these days as we feel they deserve to spend time with their families. 

 

==> Please note that during sales & promotions, processing times may increase as order influx increases at those times. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive a response from customer service during this time. We strive to send orders out as quickly as possible and will notify you of any major delays. 

  

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 

All international orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International. Please note that the typical delivery time will generally be 10-15 days from shipment, possibly longer depending on your country. You will receive a tracking and a customs confirmation number confirming acceptance by the post office to forward onto Customs for international shipment. 

Once an order has been shipped from our facility, we are no longer responsible for mail delays and certain other extenuating circumstances are beyond our control (i.e Covid 19 regulations, customs delays, etc.)

Customs fees vary by country. The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with their purchase.

Tracking numbers

Tracking numbers and an order confirmation will be available and sent to email on file after placing an order.

All orders are shipped through USPS and only takes 1-3 business to arrive to your door depending on location and state. Overseas orders may take longer.

Please note, once we ship your package we are not held responsible for USPS deliveries, any delivery issues with USPS must be handled with USPS because we are not a shipping carrier.

What if I never received my item?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.
